Today you?re gonna learn how to draw Snoopy ;)

Hey Snoopy fans! I'm Paige Braddock I

work at Charles Schulz?s studio in

Northern California and I thought it'd

be fun today, while we're at home, we draw

some comics.

Okay let's draw Snoopy.

We're gonna do a

circle first - this is the back of his head, and then we're

 gonna do another

circle that overlaps - this is the front

of his head ?

And then we're gonna do a

little kind of teardrop shape for his

body ?

And he's sitting on the doghouse

cuz that's what he likes to do 

We're gonna do his feet which are ovals, and 

they kind of slant backwards just a little bit 

That's a front foot and a back foot

Alright, that's the basic shape of Snoopy

Now, I drew these lines lighter so (that) I can

go back over them and make them darker

So we're gonna do Snoopy's head shape

and his neck, the back of his head comes

down and makes his ear and this is his

neck 

I maybe came up a little bit too far on that?

I'll make that a little darker ? okay

He's sitting on the doghouse

I'm gonna darken this line up just a little bit 

Here is his tail with a little drop shadow

One foot ? he's got short stubby legs and

big feet

Paw lines, paw lines 

There's his arm

He's got a little back spot, he has a

collar, all right 

Now, Schultz always did

these really nice loose dark lines for

his ear and left little, like white

highlights there 

And then we're gonna

put his eyes kind of in the middle of his head 

Eyebrows, nose... all right

I feel like his nose needs to come in a

little bit more right there 

We're gonna come down with the doghouse 

Doghouse shape...

A little drop shadow, it?s a nice sunny

day 

Boards of the doghouse 

And the final detail: a smile because his friend Woodstock is coming to visit.

Olá fãs do Snoopy! Eu sou Paige Braddock I

trabalhar no estúdio de Charles Schulz no

norte da Califórnia e eu pensei que seria

seja divertido hoje, enquanto (já que) estamos em casa, nós desenharmos

alguns quadrinhos.

Ok, vamos desenhar Snoopy.

Nós vamos fazer um

círculo primeiro - esta é a parte de trás da sua cabeça, e depois vamos fazer outro

círculo que se sobrepõe - esta é a frente

da cabeça dele ?

E então nós vamos fazer uma

pequeno tipo de forma de lágrima para o seu

corpo ?

E ele está sentado na casinha de cachorro

porque é isso que ele gosta de fazer

Nós vamos fazer os pés dele que são ovais, 

e eles meio que se inclinam para trás um pouco

Isso é um pé da frente e um pé de trás

Tudo bem, essa é a forma básica do Snoopy

Agora, eu desenhei essas linhas mais claras para poder/que eu possa 

voltar sobre eles e deixá-los mais escuros

Então, vamos fazer o formato da cabeça do Snoopy

e seu pescoço, a parte de trás da cabeça vem para baixo e faz sua orelha e este é o seu pescoço

Eu talvez subi (tenha subido) um pouco demais nisso ?

Vou tornar isso um pouco mais escuro... ok

Ele está sentado na casinha 

Eu vou escurecer esta linha um pouco

Aqui está o rabo dele com uma pequena sombra projetada

Um pé ... ele tem pernas curtas e grossas e

pés grandes

Linhas de pata, linhas de pata

Tem o braço dele

Ele tem uma pequena mancha nas costas, ele tem uma coleira, tudo bem

Agora, o Schultz sempre fazia

essas linhas escuras soltas bem legais para

sua orelha e deixava alguns, tipo, realces brancos lá 

E então vamos

colocar os olhos meio que no meio da cabeça

Sobrancelhas, nariz ... tudo bem

Eu sinto que o nariz dele precisa entrar

um pouco mais, bem ali,

Vamos descer a casinha de cachorro

Forma da casinha de cachorro

Uma pequena sombra projetada, está um belo dia ensolarado  

Tábuas da casinha de cachorro

E o detalhe final: um sorriso porque seu amigo Woodstock está vindo (para) visitar.
