A judge in Syracuse has decided it's finally time for Michael Rotondo to move
out of his parents? New York home.
Mark and Christina Rotondo took their 30-year-old son to court after he ignored
multiple written notices to leave.
Justice Donald Greenwood also tried convincing him to leave voluntarily but Rotondo argued he needed more time.
?A six-month notice to quit is a reasonable amount of time for someone who has been depending on, uh uh , persons to, uh, for support .
After a fruitless 30-minute back-and-forth the judge ordered Rotondo out.
In previous court documents Rotondo said that in the 8 years he has lived with his parents he was never expected to contribute to household expenses or maintenance. His parents offered him money to leave.
Rotondo called the ruling outrageous and says he will appeal.
